For this recipe you’ll need:
1 frozen banana
85g frozen blackberries
2 tsp maca powder or cinnamon
1 generous scoop of protein powder (I used vanilla)
2 tbsp natural greek yoghurt/coconut yoghurt
100ml unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
1 tbsp chopped nuts to sprinkle
1/2 kiwi sliced
1 tsp chia seeds or any seeds you like
Method:
1. Put all your base ingredients into a blender, adding the protein and maca powder last
2. Whiz on high powder until thick and smooth then pour into a bowl and add the toppings!
